PWG Ireland project - two containerised water treatment plants

PWG Ireland and Euraqua UK, both part of the Pollet Water Group, joined forces and delivered two identical containerised water treatment plants serving two new power generation facilities. 
The project was led by PWG Ireland, the primary supplier of water treatment solutions from residential filtration to commercial and industrial projects in the Irish market. They cooperated with Euraqua UK who specialises in crafting custom water treatment systems, including softeners, filters, UF, RO, and EDI units. ​

The plant produces a minimum waste stream and has consequently the highest water efficiency. The RO membranes are protected by a pre-treatment solution comprising Turbidex filtration. The treated water quality is < 1 microsiemens/cm from a municipal drinking water feed supply. Both plants are fully automatic for unmanned operation with clients SCADA system. All rotating equipment is installed as duty/standby to ensure >99% availability.​
